Couldn’t recommend or thank these guys enough, a massive shoutout to Peter & the team for looking after our boy Ace for the last week after 2 surgeries and thinking we’d loose our boy to him now being at home recovering with his family. Peter went above and beyond for us keeping in touch numerous times everyday ace was there. He worked with our budget and is continuing to check up and give ongoing care. I could go on & on about how great & accomodating they were to us and our boy Thank you guys so much.

Only the second time we've been to our new vet for yearly vaccinations. Our border collie x kelpie has never flinched with any of the needles. The staff & vets have always been very friendly & efficient.

We can’t thank Jimboomba vet surgery enough for their incredible care of Mabel. Last week we rushed her in as she was extremely unwell. Vet Kara was quick to do test to reveal Mabel had quite a large rock she had sallowed. Mabel was operated immediately and with the wonderful care from Kara, Ian and team, we had our baby back home at the end of the week. We have had a few concerns with her since we bought her home and no hesitation from the team for us to bring her in for a check. Ian was able to reassure us today and she will have another recheck later in the week. Incredibly care from an amazing team, thank you 🙏 🐶 Mabel loves you all 🐶🩷

Our old girl collapsed on Tuesday and we took her to the Jimboomba Veterinary Surgery thinking she’s just old, she’ll be right. Turns out her spleen had ruptured. It was operate immediately or lose her. The young vet, Peter, started surgery as they were meant to be closing - rang half way through the surgery to tell us it was more involved than he thought - completed a surgery he had never done before - after hours. The whole team stayed back to give our girl the best treatment. He helped arrange a spot in a dog ICU for her, where she spent 24 hours. He has rang us every day since to check on her and rang tonight again after hours to give us the news that she is cancer free. They also charge a fraction of the local vets, which was huge as a family of 5. I’ve grown up in the area and have always taken our family pets there. But if you’re new or wanting a second opinion I cannot recommend them more for your littlest furry family.

Took my family cat who I've just shipped here from nz. He's only been here 3 weeks but during to all the changes and stress he developed a blocked bladder. The ladies here were all super helpful and took the best care of my chatty big boy bandit. Really appreciate the daily calls to update on how he was doing. Thank you again .

Like many of you, I had no idea where to look when choosing a vet. I made the right decision of bringing my dogs here. They are the most compassionate people to pets and families. They cared for my Ozzy during his last days with love and kindness. Thank you, Jimboomba Vet Surgery team. Kristine xx

I cannot thank the vets and the veterinary staff enough. Our old dog took ill this morning and they accommodated an appointment for her immediately. When our daughter and her partner arrived they took her straight through to an examination room. By the time we arrived she had gone downhill. We waited for a couple of minutes and they came and told us she was failing. We were taken through so we could be with her to the end. They have organized her cremation for us as well. They are all so very compassionate. Thank you for caring.

My first experience with this vet surgery was when my 9yr old staffy's leg had blown up, it turned out to be a rapidly growing cancer that had shattered the bone. It was a shock and absolutely heartbreaking. The staff were so compassionate and genuinely cared for him and myself. I took my 16yr old cat there for his end of life process, again, they were amazing. I won't take our pets anywhere else, even for check ups.

Very impressed with my experiences at Jimboomba Vet & Surgery. I had a very unwell dog, wasn’t himself and I was worried sick. They looked after him like he was their own and made sure to give me multiple updates as he needed to stay in their care overnight. Highly recommend, they made me feel at ease knowing he was in the right hands!
